SAMPLE HERO (Sampler for use with DJ Hero controller)

It's been a while since I've posted around here, but here's a little something I've been working on. I made little scratch tool for the DJ Hero controller. To use this you've got to either use an xbox 360 DJ Hero controller and the wireless reciever for windows or one of the many other ways to connect a DJ Hero controller to your PC. You'll also have to download something like Fergo Joystick MIDI to convert the joystick messages to MIDI, and MIDI Yoke or something similar to route that MIDI to FL. Here's the control scheme I used:


AXIS Y = CC 10
BUTTON 1 = CC 2
BUTTON 2 = CC 3
BUTTON 3 = CC 4
BUTTON 4 = CC 5 (for a feature coming soon)
BUTTON 7 = CC 7 (for a feature coming soon)
BUTTON 8 = CC 8 (for a feature coming soon)



* Each sampler corresponds to a button on the platter of the DJ Hero controller and is color coded to match the corresponding button.
** As I update Sample Hero and add functionality, I'll add more to the button map.
