I noticed you can export some of the plugins as executables. Just as well, you can import and export sound data from various sources.
Is it possible to import windows audio, process it, then export it to the sound card?
If possible, here are some of my ideas:
-Windows-wide parametric EQ and reverb.
-Play various clicks, noise, and sweeps. Record them with my Flat-response mic. use a combination of FFT's and convolution to create a mathematically-accurate EQ, to correct for room reverb, and adjust for speaker distance and polarity. Much like the top-end Bose systems. I have the knowledge, the process flow, and the mic, I just need the means.
-Windows-wide parametric compression. Like Maximus for windows!
-There would be tons of other possibilities as well. I just get excited at the idea.
Can synth-maker create plugins for general windows sounds?
