Hyperlink URL does not work

I have Ver 4.4.0.4 but cannot get a url hyperlink to work. The same link worked in ezGen3.

When I browse I see a new page (expected) BUT the page is blank. Properties of the hyperlink are:

Link Type: url
Url : http://www.amazon.com
Target : New Window

Any help will be much appreciated, TIA
