Coupon in Shop

I have Problems with coupon in a customer shop.
When I place an order in shop and activate coupon, sub price and total price is wrong in notification form for customer. In notification form for shop owner (%SHOP_CART%) price is OK, also when I place an order without coupon. URL: http://www.kristallklang-klangspiele.de

Thats what I use:

Versandkosten : %SHOP_SHIPPING%
Gesamtbetrag der Bestellung : %SHOP_TOTAL% EUR

Iam using wrong macros???
