Migration to Win10

I have been quite happy with EzGenerator 3.0.77.7 running on XP, but was forced to move to Win10. Ver 3 partly runs, but has some problems.

I would like to download EzGenerator 4 (latest rev), but do not see how. I have also read that EzGenerator is not being developed further.

Is there a way/place for me to download 4?
