Can someone please help- I get ERROR: Illegal file format whenever I try to put a hyperlink file download on my site. I've tried jpg, Word and PDF and nothing works. It's for a current job post so it's important. Host tells me all PHP is working at their end and nothing has been changed.
I haven't changed anything either.
