Problems with editable erea in template zen_17-v7[5]

Content added to the editable area doesn't display and behave the way I want:

Error#1: Once placed, social bookmarks cannot be edited. Error message: Access denied, file in use by other program or process" (see attached GERMAN error message).
Error#2: When option "Icons and lables" for social bookmarks is selected, the appearing result is completely misaligned, not in columns and rows.
Error#3: In the Template Editable Area Editor I right click and see a menu fly out ... on it is the item "Bullets" ... that's it - nothing else, cllicking on it will simply close the menu.
Error#4: The Tooltip Option doesn't display as entered, I have no option to define width and height, nor color as I used to in EZG3

hi update is online you should have v.187 aft...
