Random line and alignment problem

I am getting this strange blue line randomly when inserting pictures.

The attachment shows it happening in the randomiser but I have seen it with a straight single photo insert

The final output moves the photo over to the right when it should be in line with the others


The position of the randomiser box in a cell cannot be set with left,right, centre justify. It does it in the application but not on the live site
