Publish Problem V4

Same here, since I upgraded to 4.0.0.228. I get this:

08:16:01 Connecting to: niklason.se as user niklason.se (2)
08:16:01 [10061] (500 Connect error - Connection refused (#10061))
08:16:01 Command failed.
08:16:02 Server offline or server name wrong!
08:16:02 Connection failed

Havent changed any settings and have passive checked. Can connect with other ftp programs
