Special sounds

Hey there,
does anybody know how to make a sound like the lead in ''Hellberg, Teqq & Taylr Renee - Air'' with 3xOSC or an other native FL Synth?
I dont want to buy Sylenth1 or NexusPad2 etc. and actually i dont know how to use them :D
If someone knows, please make FLP and post it in the reply section. thy
