Sakura Presets pre-loaded possible?

Hello, i wonder if there is a possibility to have all the presets preloaded in the "presets" section. Whilst i use Sakura VST in Ableton, i still have to load the presets seperatly by clicking on; Presets - Load - then choose folder of presets.

Aint there a way to have them already inside? so i can just click the arrow to switch a preset instead of choosing from the folders?
