Link this pitch lever (pic related)to a keyboard controller, and make the controller do -12 , 0, +12, and +24 as per the notes of harmor
Copy harmor notes to keyboard controller
Export wav. Just these two channels (mute the drums and accompaning instruments)
Then Bpm 150
The tempo change keeps it very interesting
Mute the harmor
Unmute the drums and such
Send the new wav(s) through slicex
That tempo though

You can instead, automate that pitch knob too. But I can be precise and adjust smoothness this way.
Also I don't own Harmor.
