Make Submarine Alarm Sound

Hello Synthesis Wizards!

In a lot of EDM, or some producers like The Crystal Method, you sometimes here an industrial-sounding stab that sounds a lot like a submarine alarm. What I've figured out is that there is a pitch bend, a saw wave would work as a start, and it's probably pitched about an octave lower than the sound in the video link. Other than that, I haven't any other clues.

One time I managed to get something close, on accident. But unfortunately I bounced it to audio and don't know how I did it. Does anyone have an idea on how to recreate the sound at 1:00? I think it could be used as a stab in electronic music...

Thanks all:):)
