Synthwave "wubs" like Home Resonance etc?

Inspired & frustrated by a sample by Fabian Mazur, I'm hoping for an explanation or some insight into this kind of classic 'wub' sound. Some synth presets have "brass" sounds that come close, but not quite.



I just downloaded one random 'how to' project from here and got Rickrolled, so I'm not sure I'm asking in the right place.
