How can I get a synth bass that sounds like this?

I don't really know how to use synths, I've tried to learn but I just can't, but I have the all plugins version so plenty to choose from if anyone wants to have a go at helping. It sounds to me like there's maybe gating involved, and maybe two elements to it, a more paddy bit and then the gated bass bit?
