Note Cut in Patcher

Is there any way to control note cutting in Patcher? For example, if you're using patcher to group several generators together to create a drum kit, and each key is bound to a drum sound, you may want to have the "open hi-hat" sound be cut off by the "closed hi-hat" sound.

This was easy to do with Layers, since I could just use the note cut parameters on each generator. In Patcher, however, generators do not seem to have these controls available anywhere. How would I do this? It it somehow a feature of VFX Key Mapper?
