Regulate combined output from 3 inputs

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to use formula controller to regulate the combined
output of three inputs to keep from being multiplied according to the values of the 3 inputs?

To somehow increase or reduce combined level depending on the individual levels of each of the 3 inputs.
