VFX_Level_Scaler math

Hi, its question more to FL developers.
Im working on notes tuning via VFX_Level_Scaler, and i faced with problem how to tune note with exact frequncy i want relative to note C.
I figured out that pitch offset doing what i want, and value 0.5 - is keep pitch the same (multiplier is 1), 0.75 - twices frequncy (multiplier is 2),
but i can not figure out how to calculate pitch offset value to achive 1.5 or 1.333333333 or 1.2 frequncy multiplication. Is it any formula i can use?
