Chord detector utility

This one is useful to report which chord is being fed, showing the root note as well as some of the chord types including inversions.
With this tool, it is possible to isolate certain chord notes & redirect them to trigger another instrument, or omit them, or to make certain chord type to respond to different output. And many other possibilities.
