Is audio recording broken for everyone? Or just me?

I am using FL Studio Mobile on my Surface Book and when I add an "Audio Record" track, it asks to calibrate, and seems to succeed at this, then when I hit record on this new track, it starts and 2 seconds in, FL Studio Mobile exits, no error.

Is this the case for everyone or is this a Surface Book audio driver issue?

Thanks
