Scaling issue for BeeLink GT1 TV box.

I'm experiencing a scaling issue on my TV box  it doesn't matter what setting I change it to whenever I reboot it never changes as though it's locked at a certain scaling. Although I'm pretty sure it's something goofy that the box manufacturers programmed into the device hopefully there's some shred of Hope here on the forums for a work-around if anybody has experienced the same thing. Currently I'm struggling just to read anything in settings alone.
