Purchases Not Restoring

Hello. I bought all the instruments almost a year ago and had no issues downloading and installing on new devices till this past month.

Now I can't restore 4 instruments I've attached screenshots of the purchase confirmation from my email of the instruments that aren't restoring.

I've cleared the FLM cache, un/reinstalled too many times... signed out/in to both Image Line and Google in all my device browsers and even signed out of all accounts on my device that weren't connected to the Google account I purchased from, cleared Play Stores' cache...

It would be nice to have them available again. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
