Migrate work FLM 3.6.1.G

Hi i,m being prompted to migrate my work to another folder. I read up about it using the "Learn More" button and i know i,ll have to do it sometime preferably soon because i,ve noticed it doesnt save any new work very well using the current folder. My question is, is it easy to find my work once i,ve migrated it all? (im not very techy lol) i also dont back my work up using the cloud although i might start looking into doing that
Thanks
