Fl Studio Mobile keeps crashing and I’m at the end of my rope with this problem

I purchased Fl Studios Mobile on 2 devices.From Google Play Store and Microsoft store...Whenever I log on using my IPad and select My Files the app crashes....I’m really tired of dealing with it...I paid my money for this app and I’ve been unable to use it... And I’m also clueless on how to fix this issue....I’ve tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it but nothing changes...Can I get so type of technical support ASAP Please...Because if not I would like a refund on my money.....Please respond ASAP Thank You... :evil: :x
