FL Studio Mobile Piano Roll navigation...

I'm leaving on a trip to Africa to do some wildlife photography and I'm bringing a Microsoft Surface Pro (Windows 10) to copy and backup files after every day of shooting. But I'll miss composing music while I'm gone so I thought it would be handy to have a lightweight version of FL Studio with me in the form of FL Studio Mobile. So I downloaded and installed it but I have a few questions,

1. Where can I find detailed documentation about the Piano Roll? This is insufficient . . .
https://www.image-line.com/fl-studio-learning/fl-studio-mobile-online-manual/html/plugins/FL%20Studio%20Mobile_Editors.htm

I'm still trying to figure out basic navigation like how to scroll vertically and horizontally and to zoom. Where is this documented?

Thanks in advance.
