Combining audio tracks or resampling?

Hi there, I noticed the combine button is grayed out when you select multiple audio tracks. Is there any way to combine or mix down one or more audio tracks? This would be especially handy if you could mix down audio tracks that have effects and automations applied to them.

In addition to this, is there any sort of workflow for resampling a midi track to audio?
