Unable to transfer files to PC Plugin

I have tried to send files from FL STudio Mobile 4 on my Android device to the plug-in on my PC. It works only in one direction - PC to Android. From Android I have "Send Socket could not connect to IP address..." So my mobile library assets presently cannot be used with the Plugin.

I have tried with both Send All and Send Mine - both freeze my Tablet for about 5 minutes and then the could not connect message appears.

Is there an way to link both devices with USB and manually transfer the appropriate files?

In case it's important, I have been through the problem checklist, and have added FL Studio to Windows Firewall. And I have the latest version of the plugin (4.0.16).

I also tried to share from my mobile phone and it just froze, although it almost instantly recognised my PC. The result was the same as with my Tab - could not connect...

Any suggestions anyone? I had imagined this would be easier.
