I can't unlock products

Hello, I have buyed the Signature bundle for FL studio 12 a while ago. first I downloaded it on my pc but I have a Mac now. everything works with the license and stuff the only thing that doesn't work is the unlock products in the about menu inside fl studio. Can someone help me. Thanks
