Cant select and click on finder window when saving projects

Ive been having this issue on two different computers since FL 20 was first released, and still in the new update. What happens is when I try to save a project or export stems, and the osx finder window opens up It wont let me click on any folders. It happens randomly and stops doing it once I restart the computer. Anyone know how to fix this?
