the fl studio engine couldn't be linked

FL STUDIO 20.5

I have already done a clean install. (says installation failed.) but fl studio 20.5 still installed. I activated it with login, everything works. Yet when I try to use fl studio as a plugin in other daws (studioone,bitwig,ableton), I get this message.

'the fl studio engine couldn't be linked, probably because another instance of it is already running, or because it hasn't been installed properly.'
