New Template as Default in the File Menu

A while back I found a way to save templates in the file menu, when I tried to do it again I couldn't do it.

When I go to Documents/Imageline/FLStudio/Projects/Settings/Templates there was nothing there. I saved my New Templte in that folder and still doesn't come up.

Please see the screenshot to understand what I'm trying to do. Thank you kindly
