FL STUDIO RESETING

My Fl studio auto reset to default options on my computer today.
I open the program and opens the DEMO PROJECT with all my custom setings reset and defaults, dont know why this happen.

I am using MAC OS 10.13.6 and FL STUDIO 20.7.2
