Getting no input signal in FL

I can't seem to get any input signal. Ive selected my Audio interface (Stienberg UR22) for input/output, and i've selected input 1 that has my guitar plugged in ,but im still getting no signal coming thru the channel and master channel. I can hear the guitar on my speakers and can see that my computer is getting signal on the OS input sound settings, but im not getting any signal in FL. I've also tried input 2 but still nothing.
