Volume of my recordings sounds low

Good morning
I am writing to state that the volume of my recording is relatively low compared to others
Before recording instruments I would reduce the mixer volume knob to -15db inorder to give headroom for mixing. After recording the instrument I have realised that the sound is relatively very low volume wise

Please I will be grateful if you could help me fix this issue today
