FL window cannot be resized after disconnecting external display

When using FL Studio on an extended display, and after the extended display is disconnected, FL Studio does not resize to the built-in display resolution, its window bounds extend beyond the display, and it cannot be resized; critical features such as menus and the transport buttons are out of view and FL becomes unusable without a restart.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open FL and make sure to view it on an extended monitor
2. Disconnected extended monitor
3. FL renders on built-in MacOS display
4. FL's window bounds exceed the bounds of the MacOS display
5. FL controls are out of view and FL window cannot be resized
6. Standard Shift+Command+F shortcut does not resize FL to max window display size (e.g. just like other apps do, like Terminal, VS Code, etc).

Notice how FL's menus and controls are no longer visible when it moves to the built-in display.

I often work and perform with extended monitors while using FL Studio for both live and studio use. This issue causes a lot of headaches when unplugging from displays, as FL has to be restarted because I can't see its menus.

MacOS version: 12.4
MacOS built in display resolution: 1728x1117
