question on Mac right click alternative

Hi Guys:

Can you provide me with a little more detail on how to get into the note editor panels on a Mac?

I understand there is an issue with right click on the mac, and alternatives are mentioned for accessing this panel in the forum, but I am unclear on how to set this up? I prefer using GM as a standalone, but can also use it inside of Ableton Live.

Any help while waiting on 1.02 is appreciated!
