Using Mod X, Y, Z, and LFO

I recently got the Biomorphic preset pack for Harmor which has some awesome presets.

I noticed that some of the presets have Mod X mapped to the LFO so that you can change the speed of the LFO. I tried to recreate this in a different preset and it isn't working for me.

Any tips on using LFO in harmor? Also any tips on using the mapping? For example, I can't seem to reset the mapping. If say Mod Y is mapped to vibrato, I can't turn that off and map Mod Y to a different parameter.

It seems like using Low Frequency Oscillators is very common in edm. Often when you hear note repeat speeding up / slowing down a lot it sounds to me like an LFO.
A recent example is the song Hyperreal by Grigore. The lead does some modulation which sounds like an LFO to me. I guess you could fudge that by doing note repeats in the piano roll but it doesn't sound the same
