Harmor's harmonic phase

Dear FL-studio and Harmor users,

I'm trying to go in depth with my study of Harmor. I'm using the manual for that and SeamlessR's youtube tutorials. I can't seem to understand what Harmonic phase is. What I've gathered so far is that it's shared between Timbre1 & 2. So if you drop a single cycle waveform sample into Timbre1 for resynthesis purposes, the timbre of timbre2 is changed as well and that is because they share the feature of harmonic phase. I still don't understand what it itself is. Anyone knows ?

Cheers mates !
