Sequencing and Envelope Release

Is it possible to set up an envelope on Pitch such that it continues even after a key has been released?

I've been trying to work it into some pads, and I can get the sequence to work on attack and sustain, but when I let go of the key, the sequence just fades at the current pitch it was at when the key was released.
