Harmor and arpeggiation

in many of the presets, it SOUNDS like there is arpeggiation going on... cubist is the first example i think you come to in the presets... i dont see arpeggiator settings but it sounds as if it has a specific gating to it and i'd like to modify it. i'm trying to watch all the tutorials to see if it is explained but theres a lot of info here and i dont think its been touched on yet.

any help?

Look into the vol env and pitch env and turn it...
