Why does the Harmless Pluck sounds much better than Harmor?

Hi,

i'm still trying to transfer some own patches from Harmless to Harmor but the result is always bad

It seems like the pluck inside is totally different (same settings used for demo):

I've played around with the pluck amount/shape but no without success.

So what's the secret of the Harmless pluck?
