Did they change how you automate in gross beats

I'm not sure if i clicked something wrong or what but I can no longer like right click and left click in my automation to create points. Its acting as if they the left or right click on the mouse are permanently clicked. So when I go to add a point or delete a point in the automation it wont allow me to adjust those points it just keeps adding. Does anyone know Oh my! im talking about cause I almost sent my coffee thru my window tryin to figure out what changed
