New FL won’t record instruments

I have been trying to record on FL 20.7 . I’ve waited for more than a week only to get a basic response. I had FL11 until I was forced to upgrade. I am trying to record instruments thru my interface. My interfaces names doesn’t show up at all in the mixer. I have gone to options then auto settings then the drop down under device. My interface isn’t listed. I tried Asio4all. Even with my M-Audio connected. It’s not listed. The only thing it will record is thru my condenser mic in my laptop. This is beyond frustrated because it’s been nearly 2 weeks since I first reached out. I’m still no closer to solving this issue. I even tried recording all. Beyond frustrating. I had two songs I needed to record. Two weeks later this issue hadn’t been resolved.
