[WIN10] [FL 20.6 b1458] Chopped+muted clips after consolidation + newtone bug

Newtone
- Cannot move "notes" vertically when more than one is selected
- Alt does not work as it should (unsnapping)

Playlist
- When consolidating a soloed track with (with selected area) it will chop clips from the selection edges and mute the clips.

Note: lower track was muted before consolidating
