24.1 RC 1 - Audio Clip is much louder than Sampler in some cases

Sample dropped on playlist play much louder than sample dropped and previewed directly from channel rack.

reproduction case 1:
1. choose sample from left panel, preview it
2. drop it on CHANNEL RACK, preview it again
3. it stays properly on the same volume level
4. open the sampler with that sample, drag and drop it on the playlist and play
5. the same sample played from playlist is now MUCH louder

reproduction case 2:
1. choose sample from left panel, preview it
2. drop it directly on PLAYLIST
3. now not only it plays much louder on playlist itself but also when we open it in Channel rack and preview the sample by clicking waveform

What's more weird, the volume is proper when we trigger it with note/key, it's only too loud when clicked on waveform or played with playlist
