Saving? Can this be done?

Currently this is how I back up my projects, I goto file/export/project bones save to thumb drive, I go back to file/export/project files and I save to same spot on thumb drive.

But here is what I want to do, I want to save project, project bones and project files on my main pc drive in a specific folder. Then as I work on a project and I hit save hopefully everything is saved to the specific folder(we'll call it folder "A") Now when I want to back up my folder "A" , I just wanna be able to copy and paste entire folder to thumb drive. This way its done in one swoop !!!!
