Plug-in issue not deleting when removed

Hello this is honestly one of the most frustrating music daws I used . If I knew I would honestly have looked elsewhere . During this time my gl studio plug ins are not going away when I delete them from the track list and it effects my kicks and snares for example if I use a reverb delay plug in for my piano and delete it I expect it to be deleted right? But when I delete it it’s still effecting my kick and snare anyone else have this issue or resolution????
