Flex Packs not loading

I've been looking through forum entries and trying out solutions for almost 2 hours now but to no avail.

I've reinstalled FL Studio a couple of times, restarted my PC and tinkered a bunch with the firewall and security settings.

The packs don't even show up on the left and the plugin seems to be offline. I genuinely have no ideas left at this point.
I have downloaded a free pack before and had no issues, I just wanted to download the rest. On the home page of the image line webiste it says my last login in fl studio was on the 17th of july and I'm writing this on the 30th. I am also definitely logged into my license in the program.

With the image I just wanted to show that on the left of the plugin not only does it show the names of the packs and them as not having been downloaded but they are just completely absent.
