Some little bugs

Hi!
Here I post some little bugs I have recently found:
1. Fruity Convolver: It can´t be fully maximized. When pressing maximize button, a gap remains at the bottom of the screen.
2. Fruity Stereo Enhancer: Signal is not fully mono at 100% merged.
3. Midi Out: If a knob is set as Note, Note=0 (C0) is never sent. This is a problem as sometimes this note is used as keyswitch for some libraries or it is useful in patcher.
4. Playlist: When a track is set to "Track mode/Instrument track", if "Edit pattern in piano roll is activated", once you click on a pattern the piano roll opens, but once you close the piano roll, the Channel rack appears over the Playlist for no reason.
5. Playlist: Tracks do not fully maximize when clicking and dragging the "Change clip size" at the top right corner. Once you fully maximize tracks there, you can still drag tracks individually and make them bigger.
