Settings Reverting to defualt

I have updated to 20.8.4 and the setting is reverting to default the midi keyboard settings go back and the default project template is also reverting. I have it set to empty and default template but it opens in the basic 808 with limiter whenever opened. Also, my plugin is completely messed up. The order keep in mind I have many third-party ones stared in the plugin manager that do not show up here.
